Emergency Response Training: The Parish Council has arranged for formal training conducted by the Weber County Sheriff’s Office. It will train parishioners in disaster and emergency medical procedures to assist the parish and the local community during natural disasters and medical emergencies. The Council is looking for 30-35 volunteers to attend the 7 week training course. The classes will be every Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. starting Sept. 6th and ending Oct. 18th. The cost is $35 per person, which pays for personal protective equipment needed for the class. The parish will pay the $35 fee for the volunteers. Jason Adams, the Parish Council President, will have an information and sign up table in the Gathering Space May 19th-20th after all Masses..
